By making a booking at our property you accept our Terms.
Reception office manned 8am-5pm daily
Swimming pool open 7am-6pm daily subject to water quality (currently offline for roof maintenance)
Express self-check-in on arrival at Reception from 2pm.
Express self-check-out on departure at Reception by 10am.
Please bring your own pool/beach towels, as these are not provided.
Pre book tours and taxis before your stay to avoid dissapointment
Strictly no pets allowed, thank you
No school leaver bookings accepted in any unit styles. Parents are encouraged to book to stay during leavers to support their children.
No electric vehicle charging permitted onsite.

Express self-check-in on arrival at Reception from 2pm.
The small key-drop-box is located on the wall to the right of the Reception entry door.
ENTER SLOWLY the last 6 digits of your mobile phone number, then press #
You will hear the key drop inside the box. Push the rectangular flap on the front of the box inwards to retrieve your key.
The key tag will indicate your room number. NOTE: Parking instructions on the back of your key tag

Cottages, Chalets, Whole Villa bookings 1- 28: unit numbers are indicated on the kerb along the resort driveway. These units have parking at the door for 1 vehicle. Some units may fit two vehicles, one-behind-the-other.
Villa B & C rooms: park under the trees at the back gate to your villa along Cheiftain Crescent.
Villa A rooms: have the designated villa front carport bay.
Extra vehicles: strictly no parking on resort internal driveway. Overflow parking located on Cheiftain Crescent.
Apartment Rooms 30-40: parking is located in the front or rear resort carparks. Upstairs apartments are 30-35. Ground Floor Apartments are 36-40.

Please do not leave keys in rooms on departure.
Please return keys to Reception and place in the stainless steel wall-mounted key-return box.

All resort accommodation is self-catering. Convenience stores, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are all located within a short walk.
Bed linen and room towels are provided for the number of guests indicated on the reservation.
Basic complimentary starter packs are provided in room on arrival. Accommodation is not serviced during guest stay.
Basic starter packs include: toilet paper, dishwash liquid, bin liners, mini shampoo/conditioner/body wash, soap. These are not replenished during the guest stay.
Apartment Spa Rooms & Villa Spa Rooms Only: these rooms do not have a washing machine and they will receive fresh towels daily on request.
All rooms: please bring your own pool / beach towels as these are not provided.

Payment processed by the Hotel prior to arrival according to:
Outside Premium Periods: NO DEPOSIT, payment due in full 7 days prior to arrival.
Premium Periods: 50% DEPOSIT at time of booking, balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Multiple Rooms Booked for Groups/Weddings/Corporates: 50% DEPOSIT on booking and balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Management reserves the right to charge a bond for accommodation, additional room keys, facilities access or loan items.
Management reserves the right to charge patrons for any damage to units or their contents, missing items, replacement keys or tags, re-keying of units.

Outside Premium Periods:
FREE CANCELLATION up to 8 days prior to check-in.
Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.
Premium Periods, Groups, Weddings:
31 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be refunded less a $25 administration fee;
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded less a $25 administration fee
14 days or less prior to arrival, no refund.

Bookings during the annual WA School Leavers Week in November are not accepted for guests under 24 years of age.
Reservations will not be accepted from persons under the age of 18 years, unless accompanied by an adult or guardian sharing the same accommodation.
Management can change unit styles prior to or mid-stay or cancel reservations without notice should unforeseen circumstances prevent the nominated unit style continuing to be available. If the accommodation provided has a lower nightly tariff than the accommodation booked then the difference in monies paid for the affected nights will be refunded to the guest and the guest will not be entitled to any further form of compensation.
Management can enter accommodation at any time and Management can evict guests for loud, abusive, unruly, threatening, obscene or perceived inappropriate conduct or behaviour and monies paid by the guest will be refunded less any charges for additional cleaning / lost or missing items / damages and the guest will not be entitled to any further form of compensation.
No compensation for any loss of provisions of complimentary services such as guest wifi, or closure of complimentary facilities such as swimming pools, spa, saunas, or during short periods of less than 12 hours for power/water/gas outages.
Full loss of power/water/gas to accommodation for periods of more than 12 hours: advance notice may not be possible. In-House guests will be given the option to stay on and received a 30% discount for each affected night, or cancel and receive a full refund for each unused night. Guests who have not yet checked-in will be given the option to cancel and receive a full refund, or choose to stay and received a 30% discount for each affected night.

Guests are responsible for their own laundering and washing of dishes.
Extra child/adult rate per night $40AUD.
